ISO14001 is an international standard for certification purposes officially promulgated by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) in 1996. It is the core of the ISO14000 series of standards. It requires organizations to establish an environmental management system through electronic means to support the goals of environmental protection, pollution prevention and continuous improvement, and obtain certification forms from third-party certification bodies to prove that the organization has reached international standards in environmental management and can ensure that the control of various environmental pollutants in corporate processes, products and activities meets relevant requirements, which is conducive to the company establishing a good social image.
