Announcement of Personnel Change 

Leverage, a global leader in sustainable business services, held a shareholders' meeting on June 10, 2024, where a strategic decision was made regarding the company's leadership.

Mr. Qu Weifeng(Aron Qu), the company's founder, has stepped down as the legal representative and general manager to dedicate himself to Leverage's sustainable development and social welfare initiatives. With nearly 20 years of experience in the sustainable supply chain industry, Mr. Qu is a recognized expert in the field. He has been a candidate for the UN Sustainable Development Goals China Pioneer in 2020, one of the 30 signatory CEOs of the UNGC’s "Statement from Business Leaders for Renewed Global Cooperation" in China, a nominee for the British Chamber of Commerce Shanghai's inaugural ESG Leader Award, and was honored as one of the Top 10 Benevolent Entrepreneurs of 2023. Under his leadership, Leverage has reached significant milestones, including recognition as a certification body by the Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People's Republic of China (CNCA-R-2020-707), accreditation as an inspection body by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS IB0605), membership in the LCA Life Cycle Green Management Special Committee, and participation in various domestic and international organizations and initiatives, including UNGC, SAI, UNEP, ILO, SBTi, TCFD, and UNPRI. Mr. Qu also articulated Leverage's vision: to become the most trusted provider of sustainable business value services; its core values: integrity, customer service, and the pursuit of excellence; and its mission: to support Chinese manufacturing, enhance Chinese quality, convey Chinese trust, and demonstrate Chinese responsibility. We are also pleased to announce that Ms. Zhang Yinjie will assume the role of the company's new legal representative and general manager, effective June 12, 2024. She will oversee the company's strategy, development, and corporate communications while continuing her role as Vice Chairwoman of the company's Sustainable Development Committee. Ms. Zhang remarked, "I am honored to take on this significant responsibility. With the company's 2030 strategy and sustainable development goals, we will accelerate and deepen our commitment to sustainability, enhancing our long-term competitiveness and delivering enduring value to our clients."
