At the meeting, the participating directors considered and approved the above reports and proposals by way of vote and voting.

In the first half of 2023, under the leadership of the new board of directors, the association will use the spirit of the Party's "Twentieth National Congress" report and Xi Jinping's thought on the rule of law as its guiding ideology, strive for progress while maintaining stability, and inherit and innovate. In June, the party branch of the association won the title of “Advanced Grassroots Party Organization” awarded by the Party Committee of the Municipal Federation of Industry and Economics. In the work, they actively expanded the orderly progress of various work, held 21 public welfare training; Undertook the internal training work of 3 enterprises; Held the 11th training course on Legal Risk Prevention for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in Shanghai; The "Joint Mediation Center" had mediated and handled 21 labor dispute cases, and the amount of disputes resolved has reached 9.06 million yuan. In addition, sponsored by the Municipal Legal Publicity Office, the Municipal Development and Reform Commission, the Municipal Economic and Information Commission, the Municipal Commerce Commission, the Municipal Justice Bureau, the Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, and the Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce, the seventh Shanghai Enterprise Legal Skills Competition hosted by the association has been successfully launched. The association also actively cooperated with the Municipal Federation of Industry and Economy (Municipal Economic League Federation) to do a good job of the rule of law service committee, and the project undertaken by the Municipal Economic and Information Commission "Shanghai productive professional service provider Alliance mechanism (rules) preparation matters" was also successfully concluded. In May, President Lv Yongming led the team to attend the 2023 Joint meeting of the Legal Counsel of the Yangtze River Delta Enterprise.In the first half of the year, the Association has visited the relevant departments of the Municipal Government Commission and Administration Bureau and a number of enterprise group companies to better build a bridge of government-enterprise exchanges and listen to the voice of enterprises.

In the second half of 2023, the Association will continue to adhere to the general tone of seeking progress while maintaining stability, continue to broaden the depth and breadth of services for member units, and take the road of professional and multi-channel legal service development of the Association.
