On October 22, 2021, East China University of Political Science and Law and Enterprise Internal Control Association held a strategic cooperation signing ceremony in Shanghai, and officially launched the joint construction project of enterprise anti-fraud governance and scientific research center. The conference was sponsored by East China University of Political Science and Law Criminal Law School, and co-organized by Enterprise Internal Control Association, New City Holding Group and Shimao Group. Nearly 60 school representatives and representatives of well-known enterprises in the alliance attended the conference. Leverage participated in the session via a live webcast.

Professor Ying Peili, Deputy secretary of East China University of Political Science and Law, delivered a speech at the conference. Secretary Ying first congratulated both parties on the establishment of the enterprise Anti-fraud Governance and Scientific research Center. He pointed out that to build a clean and honest business environment, strengthen enterprise risk management, prevent and reduce corporate crimes, we need to innovate the concept of corruption governance, which has become an important theoretical and practical topic worthy of attention and research.

The establishment of enterprise anti-fraud governance and research center meets the major needs of the current society, and is also an important embodiment of the social service function of colleges and universities. He hopes to use the scientific research center as a platform to explore the optimization of the professional structure, cultivate high-end talents in the field of anti-fraud and compliance management of enterprises, and continuously produce high-quality results to contribute his own strength to the cause of anti-fraud and compliance management of enterprises.

Liu Zhenhuan, honorary president of the Internal Control Association, delivered a speech and briefed the conference on the recent development of the association. He said: The new era needs new innovation. The Association and East China University of Political Science and Law jointly established the Enterprise Anti-Fraud Governance and Scientific Research Center. We believe that through joint efforts and innovation, we can make more contributions to the high-quality development of enterprises and the realization of high-quality common prosperity. He stressed: the alliance will bear in mind the original intention of "joint efforts to fight fraud, build a better society", strive to dig demand, seek innovation, do services, with the majority of members through thick and dark, build a truly belong to the anti-fraud workers "foundational" platform.

In order to effectively adapt to the importance of corporate compliance and governance strategies under the new situation, and strengthen the application of corporate anti-fraud in compliance, investigation and other aspects, the conference invited a number of senior industry experts and scholars to give keynote speeches.

At the conference, an expert award ceremony was held for the Enterprise Anti-fraud Governance and Research Center. Sun Wanhuai, dean of the Criminal Law School of East China University of Political Science and Law, was the director of the research center, and Sun Yan, vice president of the Internal Control Association, was the executive deputy director and senior experts and scholars in the industry as the center representative.
