During this process, we also joined some industry-related associations and organizations, and went hand in hand with more partners, and we have also been recognized and affirmed by more friends. We will use the most professional knowledge and more responsible concepts to provide customers with high-quality services and help them become the most trustworthy business partners. At the same time, we have also signed some related initiatives, spurring our determination to actively respond to the call and contribute to sustainable development.

In 2022, Opportunities and Challenges Coexist.

The brief parting in the past was just to make the moment of meeting more beautiful. If we look back when everything has done,  everything turned out to be the best arrangement. In 2022, Leverage is working hard to expand its business areas and services, so as to provide customers with more quality services, fully meet their diversified needs, and help more enterprises go further on the road of sustainable development.

In the complex and uncertain environment at home and abroad, we stick to our original intention when we started our business, operate the company and serve customers with our mission; actively face challenges, overcome difficulties, and break down barriers legally.

This year, we launched Double Carbon training, certification and strategic consulting services; released the first "Carbon Neutral Roadmap" in Leverage's history; the first organization in the global TIC industry to join the SBTi Science-Based Carbon Targets project. Became the UNIDO Global Innovation Center "Carbon Neutral Global Action Partner", joined the CCCA China Enterprise Climate Action Organization, and showed the world the responsible climate actions of our Chinese enterprises.

In terms of compliance, the management has successively obtained qualifications such as "Enterprise Compliance Manager" and "Global Anti-Fraud Expert", and joined the China Enterprise Anti-Fraud Alliance; Director of the Shanghai Enterprise Legal Advisory Association and other organizations; successively released Leverage's ESG sustainable development report, and faced up to its own shortcomings and made negative disclosures; Communicate with stakeholders honestly and responsibly, and improve the company's governance structure and actions.

In the case of compliance and legal operation, we will strive to develop business and serve customers more steadily.

This year, the epidemic was raging, and the whole city of Shanghai went through a difficult lockdown. During this difficult time, many enterprises were forced to halt their business, and Leverage has made effective use of all this by vigorously developing online activities such as training and meetings. Strive to calm the mentality of employees during the closure of the city, and continue to provide learning materials; at the same time, a number of online service projects are launched, such as online inspection, online review, online training, online consulting and other services. It not only protects employees, but also completes services, and also conducts carbon reduction practices.

Especially after the lockdown, we quickly launched offline courses such as ESG, double carbon, SCORE, etc., trained more talents in sustainable development for the market, and made efforts for sustainable development and enterprise transformation.

As a responsible international third-party service agency, Leverage has always upheld the service concept of integrity, transparency and responsibility since its establishment. Over the years, we have also demonstrated our belief, attitude and determination with actions, leading by example and actively practicing.
