This forum is divided into two parts: keynote speech and roundtable discussion. In the keynote speech, Dr. Lu Jianzhong, Director of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and Vice Chairman of the China CSR Think Tank, gave a keynote speech entitled "Global ESG and Sustainable Supply Chain Trend Insight", saying that the current supply chain is facing multiple and complex challenges such as old and new challenges, risks and opportunities, ESG has a significant impact on sustainable supply chains from three aspects: environmental, social and governance.

Gao Peng, Deputy Director of Corporate Partnerships at EDF Beijing Representative Office, delivered the keynote speech "The Path to Net Zero: The Innovation Imperative", pointing out that to avoid the worst impacts of climate change, we need to start from three directions: climate technology, behavior change, and natural climate solutions, among which climate technology is the key to achieving zero carbon goals.

The two experts who spoke later shared ESG practices from the consumer goods industry and the chemical industry respectively.

In the roundtable discussion session, guests from research institutions, third-party evaluation agencies, manufacturing and consumer goods industry representatives held a dialogue on the topic of "Implementing ESG concept to build a sustainable development ecology of enterprises". First of all, the guests affirmed the leading positioning of multinational enterprises, state-owned enterprises and central enterprises in the field of ESG, and then shared their practical experience and thoughts on hot issues such as green electricity procurement, carbon emission accounting system construction, ESG key topics, difficulties and challenges faced by enterprises in carrying out ESG, scope three carbon reduction priorities, and ESG performance differences of domestic and foreign enterprises， current and future challenges are explored and innovative solutions are proposed.
